I Can’t Stand My Employee And He’s Driving Me Crazy

Quite literally

Apparently, 57% of people who quit their job do so because of their boss. For the life of me, I cannot possibly understand why.

Firstly, don’t they understand the consequence of such an action? That someone is willing to give up their job, their main source of income, the food on their kids’ plates, and the roof over their heads all because of a simple misunderstanding or two with their boss?

It’s absolutely nuts.

It’s even worse if you have an employee like I do.

My Lazy Employee

From Monday to Friday, I spend nearly every waking moment thinking about one thing; how useless my employee is. I know it’s not his fault, per se, he was probably born this way.

If I had to describe his work ethic, I’d need to consult the dictionary to find what’s more useless than a president who thinks nukes can stop hurricanes.

To rate the quality of his work, I’d need every current and former judge of America’s Got No Talent to come up and assess him.

His work ethic also drives me through the wall. It’s almost enough to send me to a shrink some days.
